General terms and conditions for providing heaters installation service:
- Service fees (50) Saudi riyals for each heater to be paid upon requesting the service.
- The offer includes heaters with a capacity of (50) liters and (30) liters.
- Installation within the city of Riyadh only.
- The installation date is determined within 10 days of delivery and according to the appointment schedule of the installation team of the Saudi Ceramic Company, and the Saudi Ceramic Company is not responsible for any damages due to the delay or postponement of the installation date by the customer.
- The offer does not include the hose, and this is requested by the customer along with the service
- If the customer has a malfunction in the hose, it is delivered by the technician and an invoice is issued for that
- The customer is obligated to prepare the site with the necessary installations of electricity and water.
- Choosing the installation location is the responsibility of the customer alone, provided that it is a maximum height of 4 meters.
- The offer does not include installation inside false ceilings or inside wheels
- The company reserves the right to amend any of the conditions or refuse to provide the service as it deems appropriate
